The “Monterrey, International City of Knowledge” Program is a great alliance between the various sectors of the community, for the purpose of triggering an economy in which knowledge is created, transmitted, acquired and used with great efectiveness by its citizens and its organizations, with the objective of promoting economic and social development for the community itself.
